Google My Business Update: Add More Hours for Specific Services
Google is letting businesses add more hours in their GMB listing for services that aren’t offered at all times of the day. If the hours for certain services differ from a business’s regular opening hours, that information can now be easily displayed for customers to see.

A New Reality For Marketing And Customer Experience In 2020
“Back in February, I wrote about my 2020 predictions for marketing and customer experience. When I wrote the piece, I was still able to travel to an office, and the coronavirus infection count was low and mostly within the area it was first identified. Life was basically unchanged. Reading the news from that day and my predictions, I can see that I had no idea how quickly our world would change. In less than a month, my company would close all physical offices and cancel all in-person events, including a major customer conference. Retail stores and restaurants were shuttered. Videoconferencing technology took off. Looking back at my predictions, while they may come true in some fashion, 2020 will be a very different year for marketing than I initially imagined.”
